Alaska Airlines opts for Solution from ISO Software Systeme

Alaska Airlines, along with its sister carrier Horizon Air, will use SKYfly M-Billing by ISO Software Systeme to handle invoices for various services such as Ground Handling – known as “ Miscellaneous Billing ” in IATA terminology.

According to the current IATA SIS standards, Miscellaneous Billing has to be done without paper from now on. Besides introducing mandatory formats this presents another challenge: to unify processes that are so far unregulated. Alaska Airlines, one of the most successful airlines, has decided to meet the new requirements in an efficient way – with SKYfly M-Billing. The system is supposed to ease both the implementation as well as the day-to-day work. State-of-the-art technology and scalability also made SKYfly M-Billing Alaska’s product of choice.
