ISO Professional Services ensures data quality in the SAP S/4HANA system of Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG
Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG relies on tools from ISO Professional Services' Marlin Suite to improve the data quality of its SAP S/4HANA solution.
As part of its migration to SAP S/4HANA, Infraserv Höchst wanted to ensure that master data quality remained at a high level. The company searched for digital solutions that could identify, correct, and enrich duplicate business partner master data records in SAP. A particular challenge for the system was to identify the unique data record despite numerous nested records, e.g. due to open transactions or different company codes.
At the DSAG Technology Days, Infraserv Höchst representatives came across ISO Professionals Services GmbH. The on-site presentation of the Marlin Duplicate Check solution impressed Jens Jarick, Head of IT Systems Central Functions and Logistics at Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG, so much so that he invited ISO Professional Services to participate in the project tender.
Beating the competition
In the end, Marlin Duplicate Check prevailed over the competition. The main reason for choosing the Nuremberg-based SAP experts' solution was a dashboard that displays duplicate links in a very user-friendly way. Infraserv Höchst was also impressed by the fact that the tool has been tried and tested in practice and is already being used successfully by numerous customers.
ISO Professional Services also offers other tools along the process chain that are directly integrated into SAP. For example, the Frankfurt-based infrastructure service provider has expanded its master data management with the additional solutions Structure Browser, Address Validation and Content from ISO Professional Services' Marlin Suite. Marlin Address Validation ensures the correction and standardization of addresses during data entry, while Marlin Content identifies, enriches and updates master data.
