In the top 10: ISO-Gruppe among the best employers in Bavaria

In the fall of 2022, the renowned research and consulting institute Great Place to Work conducted an anonymous survey among the employees of the ISO-Gruppe. The institute, which operates in over 60 countries, looked at various topics such as trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, appreciation, respect and identification with the company. In addition, a culture audit was carried out at ISO. In the end, it was clear that the ISO-Gruppe is a "Great Place to Work".

Also in the nationwide comparison the companies of the Nuremberg IT specialists do extraordinarily well! The ISO-Gruppe reached the 7th place in the economically strong federal state in category 4, which are companies with 501 to 1,000 employees. Especially in the topics trust, team spirit and credibility the ISO-Gruppe did particularly well and thus received the award „Bayerns Beste Arbeitgeber 2023“.

"We are delighted to have made it among the best employers in Bavaria in our first participation. This is a great honor and a nice confirmation of our work", explains Barbara Nägerl-Amaro, HR manager and member of the ISO-Gruppe's management board. "The number of employees at ISO has roughly doubled in the last ten years. New departments, locations and companies were added. Especially because of the gratifying growth, it was especially important to us to preserve ISO's family character."

"Many of our employees have been with the ISO-Gruppe for 20, 30 or more years. This is no coincidence," reports Moritz Goeb, member of the management board. "A positive working atmosphere is important to us, where we can talk to each other at eye level and thus drive new projects forward together. I'm pleased that our employees see it exactly that way and rate ISO positively accordingly."
