BayWa IT introduces the IPS’ Marlin Master Data Governance processes to S/4HANA

The ISO Professional Services GmbH and the BayWa Group first met at the annual DSAG congress. While looking for a holistic governance process, the IPS Marlin Suite comprehensive data governance solution convinced them.

In the course of converting to S/4HANA, the BayWa team came upon the IPS and gave them the order to implement the Marlin Data Governance processes. The order includes several integrated solutions such as Duplicate Check, Address Validation, Sanction Lists and the VAT ID Check. The goal of this software implementation was to establish more efficient, faster and securer business processes.

In addition, the implementation of a portal where the employees can enter master data requests of BayWa business partners externally via a web browser is planned. In the end, the professional advice and comprehensive solutions from a single source were the decisive reasons to work together with the ISO Professional Services GmbH.
