ISO's Pacific makes UPTOUR offers available in Travel Agencies and OTAs
Upstalsboom, the Emden-based hotel and holiday apartment provider, has chosen the flexible Pacific reservation system for its new tour operator brand UPTOUR.
During the pandemic, forward-thinking tour operators used the time to prepare for the increased demand for holidays after the pandemic. This was also the case for Upstalsboom Hotel + Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG, which expanded with the newly created tour operator brand UPTOUR. The company was looking for a flexible reservation system for UPTOUR that could be used to put together attractive packages consisting of accommodation and additional services. The goal was to offer these packages through various travel agency and online sales channels.
ISO Travel Solutions GmbH (ISO) came up with a perfect solution: ISO's Pacific reservation system can be individually adapted to existing system landscapes and connected to numerous external systems. Powerful interfaces to channel managers are used to connect the various UPTOUR hotels and vacation homes. On the distribution side, Pacific supports classic distribution channels such as Amadeus and Traffics.
From activities to workshops
Through the new reservation system and booking website, UPTOUR now offers not only apartments and hotels, but also a wide range of travel packages, such as guided tours, workshops or experiences. Supplementary ISO products such as the Supplier Extranet, which gives service providers direct online access to offer management, and the BI tool for visualizing and analyzing business data are also in use.

Travelers can also book package tours to the coast.
