- Atlantic: Best suited for travel suppliers that primarily resell third party services.
Both systems allow your customers to dynamically create their own packages during the booking process, instead of just booking predefined packages. You define all allowed and desired combination rules.
Your customers can package any services they want, such as:
- Flights
- Accommodations
- Transfers
- Extras
These services can be sourced online from external sources or, in the case of the Pacific system, from your own inventory. In addition to dynamic packaging, Pacific also offers classic pre-packaged tours that your customers can book with a single click.
Dynamic packaging provides
The Dynamic Packaging solution allows you to define business rules for packaging and booking. Prices can be calculated either by adding up the individual components or by applying individual mark-up rules. Alternatively, fixed bundle prices are possible. The pricing structure can also be differentiated according to the calculation matrix. This means that your distribution channels can receive specific prices tailored to products and market requirements.
The Travel Broker Gateway is used by our Dynamic Packaging solutions to interface with external supplier systems. This gives you the flexibility to utilize the services of your suppliers and access your travel agency system quickly and flexibly without having to rely on individual connections.
The Travel Tailor module uses artificial intelligence to help you and your customers with dynamic packaging. During the booking process, the system uses stored rules to check whether the selected services can be combined in a meaningful way. This ensures, for example, that the trip is geographically and chronologically feasible, preventing problems and complaints later on.
