The Travel Broker is a universal hub that connects your booking system to multiple service provider systems. Get real-time pricing and availability and book services online.
The API converts messages and data between your system and external service provider systems. Technical adapters allow for flexible connections. With a single request, such as a hotel search, you get consolidated responses from multiple hotel systems. Requests are simple and short, enabling responses in milliseconds.
Depending on the connected supplier system, the data can be requested online (= pull) or the supplier system sends the data in cyclical intervals (= push) and the ISO component stores it in a cache and uses this data until the next update. With these methods, for example, bed banks (= pull) and channel managers (= push) can be connected at the same time.
All transactions are logged. A black box becomes a glass box: every request and every response is traceable and uniquely identifiable.
