The question of the right career is of great importance, especially for teenagers and young adults. This question is a top priority for public administrations. As part of the Digital Agenda, we supported an agile development team to create a self-exploration tool. This tool enables young people to find suitable study or training opportunities by means of psychologically sound tests. Usability, design and language are tailored to the needs of the users. Public Administration also offers personal counseling sessions to improve the quality of career guidance.
